Bee Feeders and Feed

When starting package bees or nucleus colonies on new equipment, feeding supports comb building and brood production.

If early spring flowers are delayed by bad weather and honey reserves are depleted, bee feeding prevents spring starvation.

If honey stores are low going into the fall, bee feed provides enough resources for the winter.

Emergency bee feeding is essential for the health of the hive during harsh winters; we recommend a solid bee feed such as Global Patties or Winter Patties.
