Bulk Sugar Syrup
Betterbee now has bulk Pro-Sweet sugar syrup available for pickup by the tote, barrel, or pail! Bring your own container and have us fill it, or you can purchase a full tote (about 3,000 lb, 275 gallon). The tote deposit is $125, or you may exchange a clean, food grade tote. If you are bringing a tote to be filled, we recommend dropping if off a day in advance if possible.
Please call ahead to confirm availability before driving to Betterbee. We also have pre-filled 5 Gallon and 2.5 Gallon jugs of syrup available for purchase.

Stimulate bees, and help them put on much-needed weight in times of dearth. Our heavy sugar features both binomial sugars (like nectar) and monomial sugars (like honey). This syrup won’t crystallize or ferment like it would when making your own syrup in the kitchen, so more than saving time and the mess, it will store better.
