Made of quality Eastern White Pine and moisture-resistant plywood at Humble Abodes in Maine, this nuc box features a 5 frame nuc box shell, migratory bottom board, and migratory outer cover.
The nuc box and cover come unassembled, and the bottom board is assembled. Frames and nails are not included. Use 7d nails to assemble the nuc body. Screws are included to assemble the outer cover; Phillips head screwdriver or screw gun required for assembly.
- Nuc hive body dimensions: 19-7/8" long, 9-1/8" wide, 9-1/2" tall.
- Cover: 21-5/8" long, 9-1/8" wide, 3/4" thick plus 1-3/8" tall cleats.
- Bottom board: 20-5/8" long, 9-1/8" wide, 3/4" thick plus 3/8" thick cleats.
- Entrance: 2-1/4" wide, 3/8" tall.
