The Betterbee Honey Color Scale is simple to use and a fraction of the cost of electronic color graders!
Simply fill one of the supplied containers with honey and move it along the scale until you match the color of the honey with the color on the scale. We tested our eye against our electronic machine and we were within 3 grades every time.
