Filter Cone

A fast, easy and economical way to filter melted wax or honey! This simple cone fits perfectly on five and six gallon honey pails. Filtering is much faster in this conical shaped design. Metal rim helps hold 20 mesh in place. After filtering melted wax, place the cone in the freezer for a few hours, remove and simply break the leftover wax off the cone. Alternatively, if filtering honey, ensure you have a deep container to rest the cone in so honey doesn't stick to the outside edges of the filter.

Notes:

• Mesh size is 1024 openings/sq. inch (159 openings/sq cm)
• For safety, use protective eyewear when breaking frozen wax off the filter cone.
