This digital scale displays weight in lb., oz., or grams, but also can be set to display the volume of a substance in fl. oz or mL. To use the volume setting, the density of the fluid must be selected first. This unique feature allows use of a scale to measure liquid volumes when a recipe lists volumes but not weight. This 5,000 gram capacity scale weighs in ounces and grams, plus fluid ounces and milliliters.
