Compact Honey Pump, 120V .37kW

The Lyson Company Honey Pump uses the same proven design as the classic Lyson pump, but in a compact and easy-to-move package. The pump can be moved with one hand from the center mounted handle. A 370 Watt (1/2 HP) variable speed motor powers the pump. Most often used to pump honey from a clarifying tank to bottling tanks during extraction, but can be used for any task requiring honey to move from one place to another. Has the capacity to pump up to 240 gallons per hour with a variable speed inverter controlled motor, and can also be reversed.

This pump also has a start/stop function that works with a switch (float/level) to control the honey level in a tank or sump. Any switch that closes (provides continuity) when the pump needs to run and opens when the pump needs to stop will work. The pump comes with a connector jumper to allow the pump to run in manual speed control (forward or reverse), or this jumper can be wired to a float switch.
